Nik Wallenda, and the training of great balance

Just watched Nik Wallenda walk across the Grand Canyon on a tight rope. Not debating the craziness of the feat. I was taken back by the balance that it takes to live our daily life, not mentioning the balance to walk on a tight rope. It is stated that after age 50 we slowly loose our sense of balance. We need to train to retain balance. Chiropractic has proven to stimulate the balance receptors of the body. balance exercises are also great ways of training balance. I use gym balls, dumb bells, and proprioceptive challenge mats to help train balance. it is said that we can reduce falls 50% by training balance, and thus greatly reduce fractures to hips. I admire people like Nik Wallenda, but my greatest mission is to all of you have a highly productive life.
